As a life long New Yorker from an Italian family, with a passion for food. This is a sub par product and was cut so thick we didn’t end up eating it. I’ve been a customer since 2014 and have had great success with your meats but the deli product is not great. Maybe it’s because I know cold cuts well, I’ve been working directly with l CEO of boarshead and designing deli’s and supermarkets in and around NY for the past few years. I had a similar experience with your procuitto - no bueno. I will not be purchasing cold cuts from you anymore.
