We work directly with a reptile wrangler from Vietnam. These Burmese Python are all natural. We have skinned, cleaned and portioned the Python filets so that all you have to do is marinate and cook. When cooking the Burmese Python, cook like calamari, high temperature – quick cooking time (fry), or cook low and slow (braise). The result should be a light textured, flakey meat, similar to most white fish.
