For the best flavor, we recommend leaving the Classic Goat Cheese at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Fresh milk taste with mild flavor and smooth texture set this Vermont Creamery original apart. We would recommend cutting into this log while enjoying a Vinho Verde, IPA, or Belgian Tripel, or topped with a dollop of Blueberry Jam.
