This stuff is amazing!
I hate mayo but the spice and zing in this gourmaise is perfect to enhance the basic sandwich/wrap. I prefer it with turkey or chicken but it's great on a thinly sliced pork tenderloin sandwich too.
I also love the Boar's Head Chipolte Gouda, but the two together might be too much.
I'm currently trying to find it while traveling (going through withdrawals), and it will take over a week to arrive in Colorado via Amazon, none of my local grocers have it, even the bougie ones.
If you like Chipolte as a seasoning and try this, I bet you'll , and you'll fall for it.
