Paisano will customize your meat order, which is a lost service nowadays. Their burgers are delicious--don't know if it's the combination of meats or their seasoning, but their burgers are the best.

They are thick, but extremely tasty and well salted. Add pepper if wanted and put in broiler if you can’t do it on a grill.
