You Need: 1-1/2 lb ground beef; 1 egg; 1 cup bread crumbs; 1/2 cup milk; catsup (optional). 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine 4 tbsp Lysander's Meat Loaf Mix with egg, 1 cup bread crumbs and 1/2 cup milk. Mix well. 3. Add beef to mixture, blending well. Shape into loaf and place in casserole dish. Coat top of loaf with catsup. 4. Bake for 1 hour.
