To Use: 1. Simply apply Lysander's Spicy Bourbon Rub by hand and rub onto meat. Lysander's rub is a blend of pure herbs and spices. Use sparingly at first to determine your personal taste. Do not coat meat. If desired, add more rub to meat after cooking. 2. Cook using indoor/outdoor grill, frying pan, broiler or your oven. Depending on taste, seasons 6 to 10 lb of meat.
