Tips for Murray’s Whole Turkeys
Very good

Remember that these turkeys are a bit different than the vast majority of Turkeys sold in the grocery store. My Turkey this year was wonderful, but I would recommend a cooking technique that will ensure a tender result. Instead of placing on a rack, wrap the turkey completely in aluminum foil all around and u dear the bird and fold the top down and around. Other of course, after adding herbs in the cavity and placing olive oil or butter on the skin. Cook in the oven at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours depending on your turkeys size. About one hour left to cook remove the foil and pull down and around exposing the skin to turn a beautiful brown. Rest the turkey in the foil for 30 mini min to reabsorb the juices. I rested mine for almost 2 hours. It was wonderful.
