
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla and Cerasuola Olives, all grown from the province of Trapani, in Sicily.
What makes this oil so special is the high quality of the olives pressed, and it’s cloudy, dark green qualities. This unfiltered oil has these attributes because it is cold-pressed within hours of the olive picking, and exactly what is pressed goes into the bottle.
