This is one of the most celebrated foods from the northern region of Alto Adige. “Smoked Prosciutto” as it is referred to, is seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices, properly aged a minimum of 22 weeks using plenty of fresh mountain air and light beechwood smoke. Great on platters, sandwiches and in pasta dishes.
