The Dry Aged T-Bone Steak. Certified Black Angus was amazing. I cooked in cast iron skillet and the steak cut like butter after let it rest. The meat was great quality with little to no fat.
I’ve been living in Brooklyn for 15 years and this is by far the best T-Bone you can get from a Butcher. Ive honestly never had better. I won’t even go to a steakhouse anymore because what i can make in my kitchen with this cut is unmatched and at 1/3 the price. Chefs kiss.
