USDA Prime Dry Aged Tomahawk Steak

First time of trying a tomahawk steak, I need to prove my cooking skills. Second time, however, came out perfect as I imagined.
Definitely want to come back to buy it again.

The price has gone up for sure, but that's negligible for the quality. My pal and I use to get blitzed down Smith St then stop in and grab a Tomahawk Steak and a bag Royal Oak lump charcoal. Then we'd cab it back to Bed-Stuy and slow cook this cut for time to recuperate. Now that he's moooved (hehe) upstate, it's my "never arrive empty handed". Each bite a memory.
